How to order
DAAN uses a secure online shopping cart for you to purchase our products. To order products, you can browse our categories, search for a particular product, or browse all our products. Ordering is a simple, 3 step process:
- Find the product(s) you want.
- Add them to your shopping cart.
- When you are finished, click Checkout.
During checkout, you will fill out billing and shipping information, as well as payment information.
That’s it. After entering your payment information, you will receive a confirmation page you can print out, as well as an email verification.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, and personal checks. We do not ship COD. If you are paying by check, be aware that we ship your items after the receipt of your check and only after your check has cleared our bank. Out of state checks typically take 5 business days to clear.
Sales tax
We charge sales tax on all purchases shipped within California.
Shipping
Most items ship the day the we receive the order (unless paid for by check). We will notify you if we cannot ship your order out right away. Our shipping methods differ for US and international orders.
Domestic
For domestic orders, we offer:
US Postal Service priority mail. Allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
International
For international orders, we offer:
US Postal Service priority mail. Allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.
UPS Canada Standard, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express.
Depending on service, up to 7 business days.
Note on customs
Your order from DAAN must clear your country’s customs. Every country has different custom procedures. Typically, there are no problems shipping internationally. However, there are occasions when your order may be delayed by customs. Also, if you ship via UPS, you will receive a bill for customs paperwork.
Returns
DAAN stands by its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion to DAAN for a refund within 30 days. After 30 days, we will give store credit.
Privacy
We collect customer contact information, such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address, and financial information, such as Credit Card Account Information. Contact information from the order form is only used to process and ship orders to our customers and to get in touch with them when necessary. Financial information collected is only used to bill the customer for products and services they have purchased or requested. We do not sell any information we collect.
